We use Music, Yoga, and Silent Disco Headphones to provide outdoor, contact-free Immersive Yoga Experiences for our students. All levels are welcome, from Yoga Newbies to Advanced Practitioners. This experience is led by one of our amazing teachers and can be booked for up to 50 people. We provide everything you will need for this one-of-a-kind offering! INCLUDES: - Silent Disco Yoga for Up to 50 People Perfect for corporate retreats, family reunions, bridal showers, and bachelor parties! A total party experience that will leave you feeling amazing afterward. The entire experience (including set-up, check-in, and breakdown) lasts 2 hours with 1.25 hours of yoga. ABOUT THE STUDIO Rachel Rajput founded Left Coast Power Yoga in 2013 to bring a challenging, heated Power Yoga studio to the Oakland community. It started in the original small space on Grand Avenue, which is still open today. At Left Coast, we are a beautiful community of misfits. Our community spans all sizes, shapes, colors, and genders. We are working folks: 9 to 5-ers, self-employed peeps, techies, soccer moms, gig workers, waitresses, teachers, and just about everything else you can think of. We have one thing in common: we are lifelong learners of the yoga practice.
